S: Wagner

Yankee Starting Line-up:

SS- Cairo, 1-4, (1B)

LF- Thompson, 1-3 ( 1B, RBI)

Notable Rookies:

Yankee Pitching:

R. Johnson- 3H, 3R, BB, 2K, 3IP
Proctor- 2BB, 3K, 2IP
Farnsworth- 2H, K, IP
Rasner- 1H, 1K, 2IP
Bergman- 4H, R, IP

Notes: Randy Johnson struggled, but after all, it's only his first game of Spring Training.

Scott Proctor did very well through his 2 innings, getting out of a base-loaded-nobody out jam in the fifth.

Without the main core of the lineup (Rodriguez, Jeter, Damon), the Yanks didn't score very much.
